PeterFarm Terms & Services

● Before using PeterFarm, users should understand and use PeterFarm's services, mechanisms, and tokenomics through this document.

● Users should be aware of the possibility of various risks, including high volatility of digital assets and the possibility of asset loss, in using the service, and PeterFarm is not responsible for these losses.

● The rate of return and other numerical data, including APY, APR, etc., provided by PeterFarm are auxiliary data to help users, and should be used with the understanding that it is not an investment or trading recommendation or suggestion.

● PeterFarm makes every effort to provide information as accurate as possible, but does not guarantee the timeliness, suitability or accuracy of such information.

● PeterFarm is not responsible for any risks that may arise from the use of third-party services.

● PeterFarm is not responsible for any loss caused by the user's non-input or incorrect input of deposit and withdrawal addresses.

● PeterFarm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages resulting from the user's interaction with other users within the service.

● PeterFarm cannot fully guarantee the integrity of its code.

● There may be undetected flaws in the smart contract code used by PeterFarm, and there is a risk of loss of principal due to asset theft through hacking and flash loan attacks using these flaws.

● PeterFarm's service may be suspended/terminated without notice due to circumstances such as natural disasters, server maintenance or increased transaction congestion on the chain, computer system errors, and software attacks.

● PeterFarm may, and shall not be liable for, any malicious programs or code that cause harm to the protocol or users, and users of such programs or codes.

Transaction Notice

● When using the PeterFarm service, in order to request a transaction, you must have a Klaytn wallet that supports Klaytn assets and a certain amount of Klay (KLAY) to be used as a transaction processing fee (gas fee).

● User must accurately confirm the type and address of the asset to be deposited and withdrawn. If a user deposits a type of asset that is not supported by Klaytn Chain, or if the deposit address is not entered or entered incorrectly, the normal deposit may not be processed and assets may be lost.
